1999 Chevrolet ZR3 Blazer Rear Driver Side View

Trail Blazer
Newer Rig: 1999 Chevy ZR2 Blazer
Owner: Frankie James
Location: Pueblo, Colorado
The details: It isn't often you see a built-up ZR2 Blazer on the trail, but Frankie James of Pueblo, Colorado, has just that. With a 5-inch Trail Master suspension lift and 2-inch Performance Accessories body lift, the Blazer has room for 33x10.50 BFGoodrich All-Terrains on 15x10 Rock Crawler steel rims. A K&N air filter and Flowmaster exhaust let the Vortec 4.3L breathe.
From the owner: "I use my ZR2 to go fishing, or out in the mud."

1999 Jeep Wrangler Front Passenger Side View

Trail Rated TJ
Newer Rig: 1999 Jeep Wrangler
Owner: Jason and Kathy Jurey
Location: Kennard, Nebraska
The details: This Chili Pepper Red TJ gets its stance from the 3.5-inch Rubicon Express suspension system, 1-inch Teraflex body lift, and 33x12.50 BFGoodrich All-Terrain T-As mounted on polished 15x8 American Racing Nitros. Turbo City headers and a Banks exhaust system help out the otherwise stock 4.0L. Making an already capable package even more so is an M.O.R.E. sport cage, Bulletproof front and rear bumpers, and Durango 4x4 rocker guards.
From the owner: "One time 'wheeling, I had to yell at my wife to jump on the front of the Jeep because the front left wheel was 2 feet off the ground. Needless to say, she will never let me live it down."

2002 Toyota Tacoma Driver Side View

Monster Taco
Newer Rig: 2002 Toyota Tacoma
Owner: Mike Finck
Location: Long Island, New York
The details: Mike has a laundry list of mods that he still has planned for his Tacoma, but so far he is doing pretty well with the addition of a 6-inch Fabtech suspension lift and 325/75R16 Pro Comp Xterrains mounted on 16x10 Weld Sidewinder wheels. A billet grille, sunvisor, and Extang tonneau cover do a nice job of show, while the K&N intake, Poweraid throttle-body spacer, and Gibson exhaust system provide the go.
From the owner: "This photo was taken on the north shore of Long Island Sound."

Jeep Wrangler TJ Passenger Side View

Teal J's Bloodline
Newer Rig: Jeep Wrangler TJ
Owner: Austin Hatcher
Location: Fort Polk, Louisiana
The details: And you thought we were the only ones secure enough to take a teal Jeep out on the trail. It turns out Army Private Austin Hatcher shares our fortitude. His own Teal Wrangler has a 2-inch body lift mounted on top of a Black Diamond 3.5-inch suspension lift, with wide 35x15.50R15 Super Swamper TSL SX tires wrapped around Mickey Thompson 15x10 Classic II wheels. With a locking rear diff and an ARB Safari Snorkel, we'd guess Austin is ready for all of that Louisiana gumbo mud.
From the owner: "I'd love to see my Jeep in your Readers' Rigs section!"

1999 Ford Super Duty Front Driver Side View

Black Beast
Newer Rig: 1999 Ford Super Duty
Owner: Deron Urbom
Location: Holdrege, Nebraska
The details: People love their Super Duty trucks, and here is another one that has been tweaked to make it just right for its owner. The 5.4L V-8 is a bit mightier with the addition of a Superchips power programmer, a K&N intake, a Poweraid throttle-body spacer, and Gibson after-cat exhaust. A Fabtech 5.5-inch lift allows the truck to ride a little higher, and fits a set of Pro Comp Xterrain tires mounted on Pacer 44 Magnum wheels. Deron uses his daily-driven Super Duty both in the dirt, and to tow his boat.
From the owner: "I enjoy Four Wheeler and have gotten most of my ideas for this pickup from reading the articles."
