 1979 Chevrolet Driver Side View

Backyard Built
Raymond Miller of DeSoto, Missouri, built this rig for mud-bogging fun. It has a small-block engine, a Turbo 350 transmission, and a divorce-mounted transfer case. Unique to this beast are a pair of Military axles featuring 5.88:1 gearing and massive 52-inch-tall tractor tires. Stripped down, this 1979 Chevy weighs 4,600 pounds. Looks like fun to us.

1989 Ford Bronco Front Driver Side View

Roseville Bronco
Vince Verneuille of Roseville, California, sent in this shot of his 1989 Ford Bronco. The rig has a 351 V-8 sporting such upgrades as a K&N Intake, a Airaid Fuel Injection spacer, a JET Performance chip, Doug Thorley headers, and a Magnaflow 3-inch exhaust system. This healthy powerplant is mated to a Ford C6 automatic and a rebuilt Borg-Warner transfer case. Both axles are stock with 4.56:1 gearing and the rear houses a Truetrac limited slip. Other goodies include Warn premium manual locking hubs, a Pro-Comp 6-inch suspension lift, and 35-inch BFG All-Terrains on Pro-Comp wheels. A Warn 9.5ti winch is on standby in case Vince should stumble on a stuck Jeep.

2000 Ford F 250 Front Driver Side View

Texas Ranch Hand
Kyle Walker from Sierra Blanca, Texas, sent in this shot of his 20000 Ford F-250. It's equipped with a set of 285/75-R16 BFG Mud-Terrain tires. Power is provided by a 7.3L Power Stroke diesel hopped up with a Banks Six Shooter. The rig also has a Banks exhaust system and exhaust brake. Kyle fabricated the flatbed and front bumper from scratch. He uses the truck mostly for work, but claims sometimes he finds himself just goofing around the farm like you see here.

The Incognito Bronco
This unnamed reader says he loves running trails in his 1969 Ford Bronco. He says everything on the rig is new, aftermarket, and built by himself and friends. For starters, he installed 35-spline Moser axleshafts and a Detroit Locker in the rear 9-inch axle. The front Dana 44 was upgraded with Warn shafts and hubs and ARB and CTM U-joints. He also built a full manual valvebody for the C4 automatic tranny. The transfer case is a Dana 20 which he has plans to change out soon. For power, he prepped a 351 Windsor with a Crower cam, rockers, Edelbrock intake manifolds, a Truck Avenger carburetor, and an MSD ignition system. He tells us this powerful setup spins 35-inch Goodyear MTRs without hesitation.

2000 Toyota Tundra Front Driver Side View

Island Gem
John Tydingco sent in this shot of his 2000 Toyota Tundra SR-5. John resides on the beautiful island of Guam. His rig sports a V-6 engine and stock drivetrain. He added a 3-inch body lift, a pair of 2 1/2-inch Sway-A-Way shocks up front, as well as a Pro Comp 1 1/2-inch add-a-leaf in the rear. John runs Lock-Rights in both axles and a set of Pro Comp Mud-Terrains provide the traction. We're not sure how much wheeling there is in Guam, but John's ride looks fun to us.

2000 Chevrolet Blazer Driver Side View

The Crazy Blazer
This 2000 Chevrolet Blazer is owned by Paul Buckmaster from Shawnee, Kansas. The rig features a custom solid axle swap and 33-inch Trxus M/Ts mounted on Weld Outback wheels. The drivetrain consists of a stock 4.3L V-6, a 4L60E transmission, an NP233 transfer case, a GM 7.5 rear axle with a Lock-Right, and a Dana 30 high-pinion front axle. Other mods include a custom front bumper, a 2-inch body lift, and home-built rock sliders. Paul says the solid front axle swap was the best thing he ever did to the truck.

2000 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Driver Side View

Clean Green Machine
The 2000 Wrangler Sahara you see here belongs to Casey Trytko. It has a stock 4.0L engine that receives help from a K&N intake, a Borla header, a Flowmaster muffler, a JET chip, and a throttle-body spacer. Casey uses his TJ as a daily driver, so he stuck to a street-worthy set of 33-inch tires. The interior features a Tuffy security console, and a steel add-a-trunk lockbox.
