If you've spent any time in a Nissan truck lately, you'll recognize the Frontier's no-nonsense cockpit with large sweep-needle gauges and easy-to-reach switchgear. The Rockford-Fosgate stereo is standard in Pro-4x or LE trim, and it comes prewired for XM stereo. You can't get a Nav system yet, but hey, you never get lost anyway, right?

For a smallish truck, the Frontier has all kinds of storage spaces, such as these cubbies located beneath the fold-up rear seats. The first-aid kit in the netted passenger-side bin comes standard for 2009 with the Pro-4x package. Out in the bed, the Utilitrack cargo-restraint system is standard with the Pro-4x model and offers a virtually unlimited number of tie-down points.
