2005 Chevy Silverado 1500 Work Truck - Back 2 Basics
A windowless shell weighs less and looks cleaner, but not being able to see out to the right rear can be lethal at certain intersections. Because of this, we wanted a passenger-side window in the shell for the standard-cab Chevy, and it might as well be a useful one. Leer's Windoor opens up for access and is handy for getting to things in the enclosed bed, but without a screen, it's not ideal for camping.
