The Hutchinson Rock Monster cast-aluminum alloy wheel is unique in that it locks the inner and outer tire beads to the wheel via a molded rubber sleeve that fits inside the tire and clamps the tire beads between the two wheel halves. Hutchinson also says this wheel is street-legal and DOT-approved.
