Well protected yet still accessible, the mostly-stock 5.0L Ford V-8 produces an estimated 230 horsepower at 4,800 rpm. An E303 camshaft (.498-inch lift/220-degree duration) activates the valvetrain, Motorsport headers and Dynomax mufflers handle the exhaust, and an Optima YellowTop and Summit-sourced MSD Pro-Billet distributor handle the spark.
