We know that you're itching to know a little more about our 2013 Top Truck Challenge Competitors so we decided to ask them a few questions to give you a better idea of who they are and why they've decided to attempt the ultimate off road torture test! Find out why Justin Middleton has decided to compete in Top Truck Challenge 2013!
Q: What TTC event are you most looking forward to?
A: "I'm looking foward to the Tank Trap because this is the hardest challenge and will show what your truck is made of."
Q: What TTC event are you not looking forward to?
A: "That would be the new event. I have seen some clips of it on YouTube and have never been on anything like it."
Q: When in a tough spot are you more likely to throttle out or think it through?
A: "I'm more likely to throttle out because that is how I drive. ALL or NOTHING!"
Q: Are you making changes to your rig before TTC?
A: "Yes, I'm installing a 6.0L Chevy fuel-injected motor, a wiring harness done by LSX Just Chevy Trucks, was going to put Rockwells under her but plans fell through, and hydraulic-assist steering. Other than that she's staying the same."
Q: How is your spotter/co-driver training for TTC?
A: "I'm not sure anyone can really train for TTC. I know that every wheeling trip is different and you never know what could happen or what could be thrown your way. But in any case, he's watching all the TTC videos I have."
Q: If you could go wheeling anywhere in the world, where would that be?
A: "Hollister Hills, California. Top Truck Challenge."
Q: What's playing on your iPod/CD player right now?
A: "Five Finger Death Punch."
Q: What was the last movie you watched?
Q: Do you have an aversion to poison oak, wild boar, or submerged engines?
A: "Submerged engines for sure. I can live with poison oak, and wild boar sound like good eating. But when your engine takes a gulp... that's not good."
Q: What's one thing people should know about you?
A: "I'm easy going, a hard worker, and I'm ready to do this! TTC here I come!"
