1978 Ford Bronco Rear Rockwell Axle

Out back is a 2 1/2-ton Rockwell axle, and like the front it has welded spider gears, a Toyota rotor and caliper, and it’s fed by a homemade driveshaft with 1410 U-joints. A custom guard protects the pinion brake setup. The rear suspension of the Bronco differs greatly from the front, and relies on a simple leaf-spring setup. The leaf springs are Tuff Country 4-inch-lift packs and the shocks are also from Tuff Country.
