A Dodge AAM axle is used out back, and it’s a 10.5-inch unit. It has disc brakes, 4.56 gears, Yukon chromoly 35-spline axleshafts, welded spider gears, and a Purple Cranium Products Full Spider Rock Guard. The front, rear, and intermediate driveshafts are fitted with 1350 U-joints. Suspending the rear end of the truck is a four-link system with King remote-reservoir coilovers. Note the custom mount that is welded onto the axlehousing for the coilovers and upper four-link bars. The links have neoprene bushings at the axle and spherical rod ends at the frame attachment points.
