Ten questions for Top Truck Challenge 2014 competitor #18 Daryl Horsley, Winfield, British Columbia, Canada, 1991 Ford F-250.Q. Why do you want to compete in TTC?
A. "I've dreamed of competing in TTC since I first started wheeling. With being part of Glen Green's team last year it just made me want to compete even more and I'm so happy I get to actually compete this year." Q. What TTC event are you most looking forward to?
A."I want to say the Mud Pit because that's my roots, but can't wait to do the Tank Trap. It's just so crazy and I've never done anything like that yet." Q. What TTC event are you not looking forward to?
A. "I'm looking forward to everything, but the one that would be at the bottom of my list would be Coal Chute, only because I never do anything on rocks." Q. Are you making changes to your rig before TTC?
A. "The truck is getting a couple upgrades, but you'll just have to wait and see." Q. Will you and your spotter/co-driver be training for TTC?
A. "My co-driver is my best friend and we have been wheeling for years together and know what each other is thinking most of the time so there won't be much training except for maybe some winching techniques." Q. If you could go wheeling anywhere in the world, where would that be?
A. "I think I live in the best place to go wheeling. We have great trails, mud pits, and awesome snow wheeling." Q. What's playing on your iPod/CD player right now?
A. "Fun Youngs, Out For A Rip." Q. What was the last movie you watched?
A. "Need for Speed" Q. Do you have an aversion to poison oak, earthquakes, or a submerged engine?
A. "No, I'm good, but not a big fan of submerged engines though." Q. What's one thing people should know about you?
A. "I'm a hard working family man that's always there for friends and family."
