Trail Day Two
After a soggy first night camping in the rain we awoke to what would appear to be clear skies but in the hills of Washington State the weather can change quickly, and change it did. As the group aired down at the Elbe Hills Trail System trail head the rain returned, and stayed with us for the entire day. The rain added a new degree of both difficulty and fun to the day’s trails. After a full day of slogging through the mud and twisting through trees our worn out group returned to camp to fix what broke, get food in our bellies, and a good night’s sleep before departing in the morning.
