Trent McGee’s 1989 Blazer was running rough and wouldn’t idle very well as he buzzed down a highway in the middle of nowhere. Popping the hood reviled that the nuts securing the EGR valve in his Chevy 350ci TBI V-8 had rattled loose. The truck only has paltry 240,000 miles or so. Luckily the nuts for the EGR were on the intake, so with a little work the EGR was back in its home and the truck ran great. Well, it ran a lot better anyways.
