2015 Ultimate Adventure Video Part 2Posted in Ultimate Adventure: 2015 on November 17, 2015
With our Rigs warmed up from wheeling Powerline Park and everyone getting to know each other, it was time to hit the highway for the first of several road days. Starting in St. Clairsville, OH with another enthusiastic drivers meeting, Rick gets the cronies excited for a journey of over 700 miles.
The Ultimate Adventure isn’t just about highway miles, so a “quick” stop to the Clay Valley Dirt Park in Roseville, OH for some wheeling got the cronies off the highway and dirty. With 10 miles of trails and plenty of tight places to squeeze through, including the awesome Pond Trail, the wheeling at Valley Dirt Park was just what counselor Pewe ordered.
Once everyone one was nice and dirty it was time to get back on the road and continue on to Kentucky. After catching the last ferry across the Ohio River for the day, the cronies and their fearless leader made in into Kentucky but were still far from the night’s campsite. The rigs and their weary drivers finally made it to camp at 2:00 AM in Harlan, KY and setup tents by moonlight.
After a few hours of shut-eye, day four of Ultimate Adventure wheeling got started at Black Mountain Offroad Adventure Park with 250 miles of tough and scenic trails that featured flop inducing ledges and axle testing rock gardens. Watch as the rigs attempts to tackle each obstacle with varying degrees of success and plenty of action in Part 2 of the Ultimate Adventure video series. Check back on fourwheeler.com all week long for more awesome wheeling action from the 2015 Ultimate Adventure!
