Inkas Builds Civilian Armored Vehicle

You can now buy your own personal armored vehicle from Inkas. The company just released the first Sentry Civilian APC (armored personnel carrier). There are plenty of reasons why you would need such a vehicle: protection while traveling in dangerous cities, preparation for doomsday, and veiled transport of high level executives or celebrities, for example. Of course, there are endless other situations and reasons why one would need this vehicle.

Let's get down to the basics. The vehicle is based on the popular law enforcement model used by SWAT teams. Yes, it's heavy duty but modified to make for a perfect daily driver. It is built on the Ford F-550 chassis. It comes with a 6.7L V-8 diesel engine with a 10-speed automatic transmission. The truck is four-wheel drive and can seat six people. Heavy duty brakes were added, and mechanical components on the vehicle were reinforced. Rear spoilers, a heavy duty modified bumper, and illuminated steps were added. The civilian model also comes with smart phone functionality for whichever brand of personal assistant you use. The interior has leather captain seats with built-in heating and cooling and even a massage function. A partition can be raised for backseat passenger privacy. A 360-degree camera gives you a view of your surroundings.

"At INKAS, we love to innovate, we love to create something that fills a niche, that satisfies a need—whether it's a civilian vehicle or a full-scale armored personnel carrier," says David Khazanski, CEO, INKAS Armored Vehicle Manufacturing. "We are confident that the updated design and new interior features will not disappoint the civilian market."

The Inkas Sentry Civilian APC is 100 percent customizable. Clients have added high security safes to their vehicles for moving valuables around the country. Night vision systems and chemical weapons protection are just a couple of additional options that can be added. The APC can be shipped to any seaport worldwide for delivery.
