King of the Hammers 2020 Is Here!

Check out these sick rigs from Hammertown and King of the Hammers events past

King of the Hammers 2020 comes back to Johnson Valley and the Means Dry Lakebed. If you know about the Hammers, then you know what a spectacle Hammertown is. For the uninitiated, each year at about this time, the barren desert east of Victorville, north of Big Bear Lake, and west of the Twentynine Palms Marine Base turns from tumbleweeds to a sprawling community of off-road racers and their crews, race spectators, and thousands of OHVs, dirt bikes, and spectacular 4x4s.

King of the Hammers Action

What can be just as fun as watching the race events is enjoying the array of vehicles that come to the lakebed just to enjoy the harsh Johnson Valley terrain. With some famous trails named Sledgehammer, Back Door, Turkey Claw, Jackhammer, Chocolate Thunder, Wrecking Ball, and Big Johnson; the area has plenty of opportunities to test rig against rock.

Here are some of the 4x4s we've found lurking on the lakebed, and we hope to see more this year !at King of the Hammers 2020.
