VooDoo Is the Official Recovery Rope of Ultimate Adventure 2020! #UA2020

When we need to tow, pull, yank, or rig, we do it with VooDoo Recovery Rope!

This is the fourth year in a row VooDoo Offroad is the official recovery rope of Ultimate Adventure. While it's true we only infrequently used the company's products on the hot, dry, dusty UA2017 to pull high-centered vehicles off obstacles or secure a vehicle to effect a trail repair, on UA2018 we visited the wet, slick, muddy northeast and used the heck out of our VooDoo recovery ropes. And man, last year in Alaska we hardly went a day without unfurling our bright green VooDoo kinetic recovery ropes and daisy-chainin' vehicles together with VooDoo soft shackles in order to keep the UA2019 train a-chugging through the bottomless Alaskan muskeg. So what might UA2020 hold in store for the group terrain-wise? Well, we're not saying anything just yet, but no matter what the case, we'll be ready with a VooDoo recovery rope in every vehicle.

The VooDoo recovery ropes come in a wide variety of lengths, diameters, and capacities from -inch-diameter ATV/UTV ropes with a 11,700-pound capacity all the way up to big 7/8-inch-diameter truck/SUV and Jeep applications with a 38,000-pound capacity. For Ultimate Adventure we usually keep an assortment of 20- and 30-foot ropes on hand in both the -inch 24,500-pound capacity and 7/8-inch 38,000-pound capacity. On the off chance we need to gain some extra pulling length, on a couple occasions we've secured two VooDoo ropes together with the company's soft shackles. Although the soft shackles are offered in a -inch-diameter, 20,000-pound version, we generally go with the larger 3/8-inch-diameter, 25,000-pound shackles. They're a better match for our -inch recovery rope, and they store easily in the rope bag, center console, or wherever we wanna stick 'em. Make sure you're keeping your eyes on social media for the#UA2020 hashtag to catch the latest on what the UA gang is up to, and check fourwheeler.com for updates as the event draws closer!
